2007.Steering committee member, Seattle Step It Up, one of the largest rallies on climate change in the U.S., part of the national Step It Up movement. Included coalition-building, project planning, online community building, web content development, outreach, and blogging.

2005-2007. Steering committee for Quaker Experiential Service and Training (QUEST) internship program to train young people in social justice and social service work, University Friends Meeting, Seattle.

2000. Participated in collaborative creative project on Western Australian landscapes with members of the International Centre for Landscape and Language, Perth, Australia.
